I'd still advise you to use the tried and tested method illlustrated here:

However, if you did want something similar to what you originally requested, I'm pretty sure a macro is the closest thing you'd get.
You could either buy a keyboard (or mouse) that supports macro keys, or download some macro software that will let you map macros to keys on your current keyboard (or mouse, I guess).

Then, you could either do as was suggested and macro both drop/pickup to one key and repeatedly press that, or you could macro a series of key presses (Drop-Pickup-Drop-Pickup-etc...) to limit the number of times you need to press and achieve something similar to what you originally requested. (Although, I really don't recommend that at all.)

The reason I recommend against it is because this is most likely somewhere in the 'grey area' mentioned in the above quote and there's a possibility you might eventually find yourself explaining to support why you should be unbanned =\
